starts with a simple postal address for your specific business, this includes post storage and provides
post forwarding and post filtering.

Our Virtual Presence Service builds on your Virtual Office to create a stronger business presence by
adding telephone call handling. We provide a local telephone number exclusive to your specific business,
this is answered in your company name with call handling and screening for up to five people. This
service can be extended to include non-geographical telephone numbers and a range of call management
services including auto-attendants, fax to mail etc

Our flexible Hot Desk Services include a desk with internet connection, desk phone to make and receive
calls complimentary tea and coffee – all for a fixed daily fee.
Should your needs extend to more than just a desk, you have access to our
meeting and conference rooms and to our other core services such as
secretarial and book keeping services by the hour, facilities for printing,
photocopying, binding, laminating, shredding, mail shots, graphic design
services, use of our on-site bistro and free parking.
