The Manor House

If the image of your business is to project an established traditional style of professionalism then the
Manor House steeped in local history and dating from the early 1900’s could be the ideal choice –
the Manor House was designed and constructed by Sir Edwin Lutyens who took inspiration from the
local Tudor ruins of Basing House. The building has been tastefully restored to provide 15 highly attractive
offices over two floors, with many of the rooms providing views over the stunning private gardens.

Through an imposing oak entrance the offices provide accommodation for between 3 and 12 workstations,
with many featuring connecting doors. Despite its early construction the building infrastructure is state of
the art, having been cabled for telephone and network access, it also includes a secure air-conditioned
equipment room. Access-controlled entrances supported by a CCTV security system are a feature of the
Manor House.
