We are located to the North East of Basingstoke, Hampshire with easy access by road, rail and air.

If you are travelling by road we are a five minute drive from Junction 6 of the M3 motorway at Basingstoke
or 20 minutes from Junction 11 of the M4 motorway at Reading.

If you are travelling by rail Basingstoke station is 45 minutes from London Waterloo station, approximately
1 hour from London Paddington station and 30 minutes from Southampton station. We are a short 5
minute journey by taxi from Basingstoke station.

London’s Heathrow airport is approximately 50 minutes travel by car, Bournemouth airport is approximately
45 minutes drive and Southampton airport is approximately 35 minutes away by car. The airports also
