Whether you are arranging an interview or organising a conference Absolutely Offices offers a range
of well equipped meeting and conference rooms capable of seating 2 - 50 people that include wireless
Internet connection, flip charts and white boards within the room hire cost.

Video Conferencing
We provide video conferencing facilities which feature a 42-inch LCD display and supports standard and
high definition video conferencing over the Internet and ISDN lines.The system also features access to
a virtual environment where callers can collaborate, sharing documents, presentations or making
product demonstrations that can be joined by video conference, audio conference or via the Internet.

Audio Conferencing
Our telephone handsets support voice conference calling for up to six participants as standard. If you
would like to arrange a larger audio conference facility, we have access to an external conferencing
facility, including optional conference recording and web-based collaboration services.
Meeting rooms also include complementary tea, coffee and biscuits served
by our staff and we can offer breakfast and lunch buffets served in the
meeting room or at a reserved table in our Bistro.

Rooms are available for hire on an hourly, half day or daily rate.
