The Free Gymnasium

After sampling the scrumptious goodies on offer in the bistro you may find the facilities available at the
Absolutely Offices gymnasium to be a definite plus. Although limited in size, the life fitness equipment is
focussed towards cardio vascular exercise. We have installed a new treadmill, exercise bike, cross trainer
and mats. The gym facility also includes shower and changing rooms.

For those who prefer an outdoor form of exercise a four ball round of golf is on offer weekly at the nearby
Dummer Golf course – this is available on a first come first served basis.

In addition Absolutely Offices have also secured corporate rates for the use of facilities at two local hotels,
the Hampshire Court and the Apollo.
