Conference Room

Our conference room seats up to 50 people theatre-style, and is equipped with a ceiling mounted AV
projector, wireless Internet access, flip charts and white boards.

We are able to facilitate video conferencing via a 42 inch LCD display supporting either standard of HD
communication over the internet and ISDN lines.

The system also provides access to a virtual environment where callers can collaborate, sharing
documents, presentations or making product demonstrations that can be joined by video conference,
audio conference or via the Internet.

All conference room bookings include complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits for up to twenty people
served by our staff, and for a small additional fee we can accommodate tea and coffee for up to 50 people.
If required, breakfast and lunch buffets can also be served in the conference room.
The conference room is available on a half or full day basis.
